1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Dicredumpi at www.dicredumpi.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

2. Services

Dicredumpi provides electric scooter maintenance, diagnostics, battery replacement, and controller repair services in Canada. By booking our services, you acknowledge that:

• You have provided accurate information about your electric scooter's make, model, and issues.
• You authorize our technicians to perform necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
• You understand that repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issues and availability of parts.
• You are responsible for picking up your scooter after service completion unless delivery has been arranged.

3. Service Warranties

Dicredumpi provides a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty applies only to the specific component(s) that were repaired or replaced.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or further modifications made by the customer or third parties.
• The warranty is void if the repair tag or any tamper-evident seals have been removed or altered.
• For battery replacements, a separate battery warranty may apply as specified at the time of service.

To claim warranty service, customers must present their original receipt and bring the scooter to our location.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dicredumpi or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

5. User Contributions

If you provide information or materials to the Site (such as reviews, testimonials, or comments), you grant Dicredumpi a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such contributions in any media format and through any media channels.

You represent and warrant that your contributions comply with applicable laws and do not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Booking and Payment

When booking our services:

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is required upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
• If additional repairs are needed beyond the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
• Cancellation of appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dicredumpi, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dicredumpi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
